With upfront payment, you pay for your full tenure in one go, with no deposit and a deeper discount on your full rent. With monthly payment, you pay rent each month and a one-time refundable deposit equal to two months' rent. 18% GST applies on monthly rent.
Is the security deposit really refundable?
Yes. The deposit on the monthly plan is 100% refundable. It's returned to you in full once you return the product in good condition. Upfront payment needs no deposit at all.

Normal wear and tear is on us. If an appliance or piece of furniture has an issue, reach out to support and we'll repair or replace it.
Can I move it to another home or city?
Yes. If you're relocating, your rental moves with you. Just let us know and we'll help arrange it.
