Legal Consultant | Retainership Basis CITYFURNISH is looking for an experienced Legal Consultant to provide ongoing legal advisory and support across corporate, commercial, employment, and dispute resolution matters. 📌 Engagement Details: Retainership Fee: ₹30,000 per month Office Visits: 2 days per week (8 days per month) Location: Gurugram Sector 48 Key Areas of Expertise: Contract drafting, review, and negotiation Corporate governance and legal compliance B2B and B2C debt recovery, legal notices, and dispute resolution Cheque/NACH dishonour cases and litigation support POSH compliance, IPR, and company law matters Who Should Apply? We are specifically looking for professionals with relevant experience who have independently handled similar cases and can provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
